Board of Evangelism
The Board of Evangelism works in cooperation with the Pastor, in spreading the "Good News" of Jesus Christ and to enhance the spiritual life of the congregation.
Board of Christian Education
The Board of Christian Education's responsibility is to develop and promote the program of Christian nurture of the church according to the needs of the local congregation and community.
Sunday School
The Board of Christian Education's responsibility is to develop and promote the program of Christian nurture of the church according to the needs of the local congregation and community.
Trustees
The Board of Christian Education's responsibility is to develop and promote the program of Christian nurture of the church according to the needs of the local congregation and community.
Steward Board
The Steward Board duties are to help the pastor lead the congregation in supporting the church with their time, talents and resources. The pastor nominates the members and they are confirmed in the Fourth Quarterly Conference.
Stewardess Board
The Stewardess duties are to help the pastor and Stewards, in addition to supporting stewardship program of the church, is helping with the sacraments of the Lords supper, and other rituals where the minister needs assistance, such as Baptism, Love Feast, etc. The pastor nominates the members and they are confirmed in the Fourth Quarterly Conference.
Usher Board
The usher is a personal representative of Jesus Christ who meets people on a person-person basis when they first arrive at church. Any act of Christian service that helps direct men and women into the fellowship with Christ is a ministry.
The purpose of the church ushering ministry is to promote the divine worship of the church, to render service of any kind, and to do it effectively. We must be Christian men and women able to take instructions and be alert and flexible. We must also, pray, study, seek, serve and share.
Laymens
The Laymen’s Council provides an opportunity for the lay to have a forum. It is made up and led by layperson of the local church.
Missionaries Society
The Women's Missionary Council of the Christian Methodist Episcopal Church will share the good news, of salvation through Jesus Christ with unsaved men, women and children at home and abroad.
